Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Delhi NCR: 1-2 business days
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Rest of India: 5-10 business days
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1999.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
